Noodles Soup-recipe of bengali dishes

Ingredients-
1. Fu-wang/Maggie or any Instant Noodles 2 pckts.
2. Chicken corn Maggie/Knor Soup 1 pct
3. Broiler Boneless Chicken choto tukra kore kaata ecchamoto.
4. Tomato sauce (01 table spoon)+Soya sauce (01 table spoon)+Sweet Meridian sauce (01 table spoon)
5. Blackpepper gura (1/2 tea spoon)
6. Salt (shaad onujayi)
7. Peyaaj+Roshun kuchi
8. Red Chili Flakes.
9. Kaachamorich faari 3-4 ta
10. Baby corn 3-4 ta gol slice kora
11. 1 ta Gazor gol slice kora
12. Button Mushroom slice kora ecchamoto
13. Corn flour 1 tea spoon.
14. Paani 75 ml-1 ltr.


Procedure-
Prothome Chicken pc gulo ektu soya sauce, salt aar gol morich gura diye 15 mins marinate kore rekhe Peyaaj kuchi+Gajor+Baby corn+Mushroom slice diye tel e veje alada kore rakhte hobe. Ekti pan e olpo paani diye noodles er pct theke noodles ber kore ½ boil korte hobe. Baaki paani tuku diye soup er pckt theke soup ta dhele dite hobe aar shthe roshun kuchi, peyyaj papri aar kachamorich faari, tomato aar sweet sauce diye boil korte hobe 15 mins.Ebar aage alada kore veje rakha chicken mxture ta mishiye narachara korun aaro 5-7 mins. Thick korar konno 1 tea sppon corn flour normal paani te guliye diye din. Shaadmoto Salt, Gol morich gura, Red chili flakes diye naamiye nin.
Shajiye groom gorom poribeshon.
