Thai soup bangla recipe

Ingredient:
1. breast part of a chicken( u can add more or less)
2. 200 -300 grams Prawn
3. Mushrooms (50 - 100 grams)
4. two egg yolks
5.one onion
6. one carrot
7.corn flour ( 4-5 tsp)
8. thai pata ( lemon grass)
9.two cloves of garlic
10. Galanga( thai Ada) or 1 inch of ginger
11. salt and testing salt
#Procedure:
1.In a Pan take 3 liters of water and add the chicken, carrot, two cloves of garlic and round pieces of 1 inch ginger.
2.Make them boil for 20 - 25 mins or the water becomes half ( 1.5 liter)


3.After that off the flame and let it cool for 15-20 min and set aside the chicken from the water and cut it into small pieces
4. Take a hand blender or juicer blender to blend the stock water ( mix well the boiled carrot, onion,garlic and ginger)
5. pour the mixture in to the pot and Add the two beaten egg yolks, mushrooms, prawns and chicken pieces. Add lemon grass. Then on the flame .

Note: remember 1 thing don't add the egg yolks when the mixture is too hot.
6. 5-10 min later add the cornflour paste
7. add tomato sauce or chilli sauce for the yellowish color
or until the soup gets ur desired color.
8. Adjust salt and then add testing salt( half to 1 tsp)

DONE!! Serve with green chillies in vinegar or with a piece of lemon
